Apartment Details

General Information

  • All potential tenants are required to view an apartment before we will accept a security deposit.
            Note: Our apartment managers show during the evening, as well 
            as weekends at their own availability.
  • All tenants pay the electric bill. We pay the water, sewer and trash.
  • Our maintenance employees take care of your needs - you do not have to hire outside help! However, tenants are responsible for the routine upkeep of the apartment.
  • Accepted forms of payment: Personal Check, Company Check, Traveler’s Check, Money Order, Cash -- all of which may be left in our office dropbox, in addition to being mailed.  No debit or credit cards accepted.
  • The swimming pool is open during the spring and summer from 9:00am to 9:00pm.

Apartment managers are onsite and available 24-hours for emergency maintenance issues and scheduled apartment showings.
