All potential tenants are required to view an apartment before we will accept a security deposit. Note: Our apartment managers show during the evening, as well as weekends at their own availability.
All tenants pay the electric bill. We pay the water, sewer and trash.
Our maintenance employees take care of your needs - you do not have to hire outside help! However, tenants are responsible for the routine upkeep of the apartment.
Accepted forms of payment: Personal Check, Company Check, Traveler’s Check, Money Order, Cash -- all of which may be left in our office dropbox, in addition to being mailed. No debit or credit cards accepted.
The swimming pool is open during the spring and summer from 9:00am to 9:00pm.
